*3 years experience as Diet Couselor/Nutritionist for Diet Center. Managed 2 sites. responsibilities included keeping accurate records of clients weights and measurements, counseling clients on weight management, assessing clients weight loss plans, and setting and reporting on sales, weight loss, and client goals monthly.
* 15 years at Tanners Orchard in Speer, Ill serving in many positions. 8 years as Bakery Manager. Responsibilities included menu development, training and scheduling employees, new product development, ordering food and supplies and recording production and sales. Also assisted with advertising and web site management. Increased Bakery sales 80% in 3 years, increased lunch sales 150% in 2 years. Presented 2 talks at NAFDMA conferences and a bakery demo at the Illinois Specialty Growers Conference in 2009. Presented 2 talks at the 2009 Great Lakes Expo.
